OLD TOWN SPECIAL PLANNING AREA
(SPA)

In an effort to protect buildings and their historic integrity, define the type of land use that can come to our Old Town and establish architectural design guidelines, a Special Planning Area (SPA) was created.   The SPA was formally adopted by the Elk Grove City Council on August 10, 2005.
